At Paragon Faucets, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium fixtures and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused faucet in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and decorative plates are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
